Nancy Friedberg’s thirteen years of corporate and consulting experiences in Human Resources
include Career Transition Management, Recruitment, Employee Development, Mentoring, Performance Improvement, and Work/Life
Balance. Her corporate career was in various Human Resource positions in Lehman Brothers, Continental Insurance and
R. R. Donnelley.
Nancy specializes in all aspects of Career
Management and Executive Coaching. She has successfully coached individuals in as many as 32 professions spanning 17 diverse
industries. Her penchant for crystallizing individual development needs and designing customized plans to produce transformation,
for the individual and the corporation, have earned her recognition in the field of Career Management. She has been featured
in various publications such as Fortune Magazine, The Daily News, and the Executive Female. She is a regular monthly guest
on CNNfn and has appeared on Good Day New York, CNBC, Geraldo Rivera, Oprah Winfrey, Day and Date and Extra. Currently, Nancy
is a Board Member of the International Association for Career Management Professionals.
Nancy holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. from George Washington University.
