Improving Business Relationships (Myers Briggs Survey)

Audience:

Any employee.

Duration:

Half day.

Brief Description:

Why do you do what you do?  How does your behavior trigger others?  Can you modify your behavior to work more effectively with others?  These questions are explored using the Myers Briggs Type Instrument.

Objectives:

Participants will be able to:
  • Increase self-awareness about their personal communication preferences
  • Understand individual behavioral styles in:
    • Getting energized.
    • Information gathering.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Use of time.
  • Capitalize on their strengths and the strengths of others.
  • Use techniques to supplement and augment those areas that they may overlook or those areas that do not come easily to them.
  • Analyze individual and team strengths, blind spots, and areas for improvement.
  • Select more effective methods of working together.
  • Use the MBTI to analyze work problems.
