Employees who lead or are members of a work team.

Brief Description:

Participants experience the four stages of group development through a series of structured experiences.  Techniques to influence member and group behavior at each stage are demonstrated and practiced.

Objectives:

Participants will be able to:
  • Identify four stages of team development.
  • Identify characteristics of a well functioning team member.
  • Identify how their behavior helps or hinders a team.
  • Identify how to make their team(s) more effective.
  • Demonstrate several team leader interventions.
