Participants learn the skills through critiquing some actual client calls and then practice the specific skills in role plays.

Objectives:

Participants will be able to:
  • Establish a friendly relationship with a prospect on the phone, within the first 30 seconds of a call using several new techniques.
  • Identify at least one prospect need within the first minute of a call that they know the organization can meet.
  • Convince a prospect that their lives will be better using their organization’s products.
  • Increase the close call ratio.
