and employee version of this program that teaches the skills needed to maximize this learning and teaching opportunity.

Objectives for Management:

Participants will be able to:
- Identify the purpose of the mentoring
(Enculturation? Skills development? High potential?).
- Identify the role of the mentor and mentee.
- List the variety of tasks and behaviors that are appropriate for a mentor.
- Create a mentoring plan
for a specific employee.
- Conduct a mentoring session.
- Measure success of the mentoring effort with an individual.
